Can I access my store unit whenever I want?
Your store unit is available to access weekdays, 8am to 4pm. Call us to ensure that we prepare your unit and make it accessible before your arrival.
I need transport, can you help?
Yes! Stuttaford Van Lines has one of the largest removal fleets in the Southern Hemisphere. We have a variety of vehicles, from small 1-ton trucks to large 8-ton UD trucks, and interlink trucks, all designed to handle a variety of moves of any size.
Are my goods safely stored?
Absolutely. We hold FIDI FAIM certification, which means we meet top international standards for moving and storage. Our secure storage warehouse is monitored 24/7 with security personnel and cameras 24/7/365. Your items are stored in dust-proof pallets to minimize handling and protect them while in storage.
Are my goods insured while in storage?
Yes. You can add storage insurance as part of your transit insurance when you move. We are a licensed Financial Services Provider, and our insurance, underwritten by Centriq Insurance, covers household goods, personal effects, antiques, fine arts, and vehicles for both local and international moves. What is my notice period to move out of my self-storage?
Does Stuttaford Van Lines sell boxes and wrapping for my items?
Yes, we offer high-quality packing materials like standard packing boxes, linen cartons, clothing boxes, tape, labels, bubble wrap, and TV cartons at a small fee. Contact a Stuttaford Van Lines sales consultant at your nearest branch for a quote.
Self-storage
Get your own lockable shipping container situated on our state- of- the-art, secure premises. Store your belongings in a small or large container, depending on your needs, and access them seven days a week. Phone ahead to ensure secure access.
Classic Storage
Store your personal effects in secured pallet boxes made from reinforced wood. We stack your pallets in our secure storage facility, and whenever you want to access your belongings you let us know. We’ll make sure they are ready for you when you arrive.
